12 Weeks Program

WHY 12 WEEKS IS THE SWEET SPOT? On a physiological level, it takes 30 days for complete cell turnover in the digest tract (stomach) to take place. Studies show that it takes roughly 90 days for the body to incorporate any new habits or changes in the diet, leading to visible results. Starting a new diet can feel promising, but when we don't see results after 2 or 3 weeks we start to feel discouraged, leading to defeat-- Essentially, WE GIVE UP TOO SOON. By working with me through my 12-week program, I will help you find out what food works best for your unique body, teach you helpful tips, hold you accountable long enough for new, healthy habits to start showing results, and ultimately say 'good-bye' to restrictive dieting for good!
